Cancel contract
This is where you declare your withdrawal – no account, one step. You will receive the confirmation of receipt by email, with the date and time.
What happens here: your declaration is recorded with the time it arrived and confirmed to you by email. Whether and how the withdrawal affects your order is stated in that confirmation. If the 14-day period has already expired, the right of withdrawal has lapsed; if you expressly requested immediate provision and it had already begun, we will review your declaration personally. The details are in the withdrawal instructions.
The declaration itself is worded in German. The statement recorded for you – and quoted verbatim in the confirmation of receipt – is the German declaration under § 13a FAGG, and the German wording is the authoritative one, exactly as on the withdrawal instructions. Everything else in that email is in English. It says: “I hereby withdraw from the contract I concluded for the following order”, followed by the order number, your name, your email address and the scope you entered above.
